Drunken Sailor Jam with Ricotta & Seasonal Fruit

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sourdough Toast
  •  250g Ricotta
  •  1 Punnet Fresh Strawberries
  •  2 Fresh Figs
  •  100g Crushed Pistachios
  • Drunken Sailor Pear, Vanilla & Whiskey Jam

METHOD:

Spread a thin layer of Drunken Sailor Pear, Vanilla & Whiskey Jam then a liberal amount of  Ricotta on top.

Slice Strawberries and fig and place over the ricotta.

Dollop more Drunken Sailor Pear, Vanilla & Whiskey Jam between the fruit slices

Sprinkle crushed pistachios over toast and voila.
