Drunken Sailor Canning Co. was created over a couple of bottles of wines on a winters night in 2013. A combination of flavour and fun,  Drunken Sailor Canning Co. is about bringing a bit of humour to the table. After months of experimenting with flavours, Justin released the first six jams in the DSC range. The feedback was exceptional and that gave him the confidence to continue and release 6 more flavours. The Drunken Sailor range now includes more than just jams, there is now a savoury touch with relishes, mustards, dukkah and preserved lemons which has earned Drunken Sailor Canning Co. a strong following.

Justin can be found at markets around Sydney showcasing his products. His love for food sees Justin catering when he can, showcasing the Drunken Sailor products throughout the dishes he makes.
