Drunken Sailor Jams was created over a couple of bottles of wines on a winters night in 2013. A combination of flavour and fun, Drunken Sailor Jams is about bringing a bit of humor to the table. After months of experimenting with flavours, Justin released the first six jams in the DSJ range. The feedback was exceptional and that gave him the confidence to continue and release 6 more flavours. The Drunken Sailor range now includes more than just jams, there is now a savoury touch with relishes, mustards, dukkah and preserved lemons which has earned Drunken Sailor Jams a strong following.
Justin can be found at markets around Sydney showcasing his products. His love for food sees Justin catering when he can, showcasing the Drunken Sailor products throughout the dishes he makes.
